When setting up a new creative for email remarketing, you will be given the opportunity to proof your creative. This will automatically occur when adding a new creative, or this function can be accessed at any time by clicking the icon next to the creative you would like to proof.
When proofing a creative, a new page will pop up which will display a preview of your email creative like the one below.
Note that when you submit your creative, links will automatically be wrapped with a redirect and any images will be posted to Amazon S3 and image URLs will be updated to point to these hosted images. If links in your creative do not appear to function properly or images are fail to loading, please enter a support request to have one our experts look into the issue.
In order to send a test message using your creative, click the button at the top of this page. Once you do this, you will see a form to send a test message as depicted below.
Enter one or more recipients to send the proof to in the Recipients input on this form. If entering more than one recipient, enter each recipient email address on its own row. Once you have entered the recipients to send the proof to, click the button to send a proof of the email. Proofs will be sent using a generic domain used for proofing only, which will not be the actual domain used to send your emails (a dedicated sending domain will be set up on your behalf). Email proofs should be received within just a few minutes.
If you are creating a new creative or have updated your creative, you must press the in order to submit your creative for approval. Creatives that have been submitted for a approval but not yet approved will have a status of "Pending Review". Within one business day of submitting your creative, an associate with ReachDynamics will review your creative to ensure it functions properly and meets all creative requirements. Upon review, this associate will either approve your creative, making it available for use in a campaign, or reject it. If your creative is rejected, you will receive an email with notes from ReachDynamics as to the reason and what updates are required. When your creative is approved, you will also receive an email notifying of the approval. In some cases, ReachDynamics may need to make minor modifications to your creative in order to approve it. In these cases, ReachDynamics will make these modifications on your behalf and send an updated proof for your final review and approval.
