To create a new audience, simply click the menu item from the left-hand navigation menu. Once you access the audience setup page, you will see a list of any previously defined audiences. In order to add a new audiences, click the at the top of this page, which will display the Add Audience form as depicted below.
Each input on the audience will have a icon next to it. Clicking this icon will provide in-line help regarding that item.
When setting up a new audience, select the audience type for the new audience and give it a unique name to remember it by. Once you are done, click the button to create the new audience. Once you create an audience, it will be added to the list of audiences at the top of the page.
To edit an edit existing audience, you can click the icon next to the audience you wish to edit. Please note that once an audience is created, only the name of an audience can be changed. The audience type cannot be updated.
In order to access specific instructions to post data for a specific audience, you can click the icon next to the name of the audience. For the Web Site Visitor audience type, you can read more about the implementation of the pixels for this audience type in this guide.
For Email Data and CRM Data, you can also define custom audience attributes for advanced campaign filtering by clicking the icon next to the audience name.
