Regardless of which creative design type you choose, once you create or update your creative, you will be given the opportunity to proof your creative. There are two options for proofing your creative.
You can generate a digital proof, like the example below.
With a digital proof, a PDF file is generated matching the final print area of your creative type. This PDF has all bleed areas removed and injects sample address data for the recipient address. If placeholders are in the creative for dynamic variables, sample data will be injected for these as well.
In addition to generating a digital proof, you also have the option of sending a physical mail of the proof to one or more individuals to ensure the final printed creatives meets your specifications. To do so, you can simply click the button on the top of the proofing page and enter the recipient and click . You will be charged a small fee for each proof you mail, which will be indicated on the instructions of this page. Also, typically proofs should be received in approximately 3-5 business days.
Regardless of which mechanism you choose to proof your creative, once you are satisfied with your creative, you can click the button to accept your creative. Once this is done, your creative is now active and available for use in a campaign.
