Clicking this icon will provide in-line help regarding that item. The details of each section of the setup wizard are as follows:
- Basic Info
This section allows you to set basic information about the campaign, including a unique name for the campaign, the audience for the campaign, and the suppression list to be used for the campaign.
This section allows you to specify one or more creatives to send to the selected audiences. Note that multiple creatives may be selected for the purposes of A/B testing. If selecting multiple creatives, distribution will be evenly allocated between the selected creatives. For example, if three creatives are selected, each creative will receive 33.33% of the distribution for this campaign. During the life of the campaign, creatives can be added or removed from the campaign at any time. Note that while you can select creatives in a "Draft" or "Pending Approval" status, only "Active" creatives which have been approved by ReachDynamics are eligible for sending.
Once you have confirmed the details of your email remarketing campaign, simply click the button to add the campaign. The newly added campaign will then be added to the list of existing campaigns on the top of this page, as in the following example.
All new campaigns are automatically created with a "Pending Review" status. Once you create a new campaign, within one business day a ReachDynamics' associate will review you campaign and approve or reject it. If your campaign is rejected, you will receive an email with the reason why the campaign was rejected and any required changes needed, if applicable, for the campaign to be approved. If your campaign is approved, you will also receive an email of the approval, at which point your campaign will have an "Active" status. Only campaigns with an "Active" status are eligible for fulfillment and email sending.

If you would like to make a copy of a campaign, you can click the next to the campaign name you wish to copy. Note that any updates to an active campaign will cause the campaign to going into a "Pending Review" status and a ReachDynamics' associate will review your updates prior to taking effect.
It is important to note that there are additional properties for email remarketing campaigns which can be set only by ReachDynamics' associates. These properties are as follows:
- Delay Minutes
The number of minutes after the first page visit to wait before triggering an email to the visitor. The default setting is 20 minutes.
- Resend Wait Minutes
For visitors who return after receiving an email, how many minutes to wait before the new visit is considered new and thus may be eligible to trigger a new email. This may also be set to "nothing" which prevents any additional emails from being sent after an initial email is sent and the visitor returns again to your site. The default setting is 1440, or one day.
Allows for sending of emails only to users who visited, or did not visit, specific pages. By default, there are no filters.
After setting up a new campaign, if you would like ReachDynamics to alter the default values for these settings, please create a support request and specify the name of the campaign and the values you would like to use for each of these settings. Please note that unless communicated otherwise, ReachDynamics may make modifications to the Delay Minutes to minimize complaints for your campaign and maximize engagement.
