Reporting for Digital Direct Mail™ can be accessed using the left-side navigation menu by clicking the menu button. When first loading the direct mail summary report, you will see a summary of direct mail sent by campaign.
If you would like to add additional fields to your report, you can click the button to add or remove fields. When you click this button, a drop-down list of available fields will appear. Simply check or uncheck which fields you would like to summarize your report by.
In addition to adding and removing fields from the report, you can also click the button to filter your report. Once you click this button, you will see a list of possible filter options, similar to the one below.
You can filter the report results based on a Start Date, End Date, Campaign, Creative, Audience, City or State. These filters can be used stand-alone, or in conjunction. When you have set your filter criteria, simply hit the button to apply your filter.
At any time, you may export the results of the report to a CSV file by clicking the button.
